Do I need a referral to see a psychologist in Harare?+
No referral is needed. You can contact us directly to book an appointment. Some clients are referred by their doctor, school or employer, and we are happy to liaise with referrers with your consent.
How quickly can I get an appointment at your Harare offices?+
In most cases we can offer an initial appointment within the same week. Urgent concerns are prioritised — mention this when you contact us.
How much does a session cost in Harare?+

Are your Harare psychologists registered?+
Yes. All ZimDigiPsych psychologists are registered with the Allied Health Professions Council of Zimbabwe (AHPCZ) and hold valid practising certificates. Each psychologist’s registration category is displayed on their profile.
Is everything I discuss confidential?+
Yes. Sessions are confidential and conducted in line with professional and ethical standards, with the limited exceptions required by law and professional ethics, which your psychologist will explain at your first session.
Can I switch between in-person and online sessions?+
Yes. Many clients alternate between visiting our Harare offices and secure teletherapy sessions depending on their schedule.
