Do you have a psychologist based in Masvingo?+
Not at present. Masvingo clients are seen by secure video with psychologists based elsewhere in Zimbabwe. We would rather tell you that plainly than have you arrive expecting a local consulting room. If that changes, this page will say so.
What do I need for an online session?+
A phone or laptop, a private space and a reasonably steady internet connection. If your connection struggles with video, sessions can be run by voice instead — tell us and we will plan around it.
What if I need a formal assessment?+
ASD, ADHD and educational assessments require standardised materials held at our Harare centre. The initial consultation happens online, and we will tell you whether an assessment is warranted before you commit to travelling.
Is online therapy confidential?+
Yes. Sessions run over a secure video connection and are subject to the same confidentiality and ethical standards as an in-person session. Nothing is recorded.
Can I be seen in Shona?+
Yes. Each psychologist lists the languages they work in on their profile — tell us your preference when you contact us and we will match you accordingly.
How much does an online session cost?+
Fees depend on the service and the psychologist, and are the same whether you are in Masvingo or Harare. Contact us for current rates before you book.
