Do both partners need to attend every session?+
Usually yes, but your psychologist may occasionally suggest individual sessions where helpful. This is always agreed with both of you.
Can we do couples counselling online?+
Yes. Couples sessions can be held securely by video, which many couples find convenient when schedules or travel make attending in person difficult.
